In this lecture, Philipp Hauke will discuss fundamentals of quantum computers, concepts from quantum-information theory, and various experimental platforms.
Summer semester 2020: Lecture Quantum Computing
Summer semester 2019: In the lecture Running a quantum computer: Theory and Experiment at Heidelberg University, Philipp Hauke and our experimental colleague Fred Jendrzejewski discussed concepts of quantum-information theory as well as experimental platforms. Exercises were done directly on cloud quantum computers!
Summer semester 2017: Markus Oberthaler and Philipp Hauke jointly held the Master Seminar Quantum Entanglement — Theory and Experiments at Heidelberg University.
2013–2017: At University of Innsbruck, Austria, Philipp Hauke gave the lecture Theory of Cold Atoms, a Master seminar on Quantum Optics, as well as exercise classes on Classical Mechanics and Mathematical Methods of Physics.
